People will want to see what data, facts and studies you’ve got for them, they want to know why people spend such amount of time on the website.
Your next big task is to make sure you deliver on that headline promise, “backed your claims with data”.
#. Word Count Matters.
According to a study, article titles with eight words in it receive a 21% more click-through rate than the average headline. Part of the reason for this is because, at eight words combined, your content headline can be well descriptive and drive home your point.
The search engines have no problem showing all words in your headline in organic search result pages. But when you go over 10 words there is this possibility that the end parts of your content headline might get truncated.
And this might have a negative impact on your organic search listing click-through rate.

Don’t even consider that if the quality is what matters most to you. I’m just citing that case study of 31 guest posts in one week as a motivation to inspire you in doing the needful.
And to prove that you too can do better than you currently think you can.
But be careful, you don’t want to start submitting 10 guest posts a week, that might send a red signal to Google. Make it natural, 2 quality in-depth articles are good enough per week for a guest post.

Not all content has the firepower to move readers into sharing mode, some content no matter how useful they’re, won’t attract share like-an audience.
A controversial post that kicks against a conventional theory in your industry. Or when you paint a beautiful picture in the mind of your readers with your content. These types of articles easily attract a share-like audience.
A lot of theories, tools, and even case studies are published regularly online that when you look at them from a different angle or run some search on them, you’ll find a reason to kick against some of its principles or teachings.
If you can stand on your toes and tell it in the face that something ain’t right about it, your argument might go viral and attract thousands of shares.
The only thing to be watchful of here is that your arguments are backed up by very strong evidence and data. Your mere opinion doesn’t really count here.
